  2. When should I work with a Sober Coach?
Anytime! Whether you're questioning your relationship with alcohol, newly sober, or looking to strengthen long-term sobriety, a Sober Coach can help.

  3. How is a Sober Coach different from a therapist?
Therapists focus on past trauma and mental health, while Sober Coaches provide practical, forward-focused support for alcohol-free living.

If you're ready to invest in lasting change, a Sober Coach can provide invaluable tools, accountability, and support to transform your life.

  6. Where and how often do we meet?
Sessions are typically online or over the phone, depending on availability, and can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or as needed.

  7. How much does Sober Coaching cost?
Pricing varies based on session frequency and package options. Contact me for details on rates and personalised plans.

  8. What can I expect from my first session?                                                                                                                                     Your first session is a chance to explore your relationship with alcohol, discuss your goals, and identify any challenges you may face. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, habits, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to support your journey.

  9. Is Sober Coaching confidential?                                                                                                                                       Absolutely. Our sessions are completely private, and everything we discuss remains confidential. You’ll have a safe, judgement-free space to explore your relationship with alcohol.

  10. How do I know if I need a Sober Coach?                                                                                                                                    If you often question your drinking, feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, or want to explore a life with less alcohol but don’t know where to start, Sober Coaching can help. If you’re curious, that’s usually a sign it’s worth exploring.

  11. What qualifications or experience do you have as a Sober Coach?                                                                                             I am an accredited Sober Coach with a background in mental health and wellbeing. I also have a Master’s degree in Arts, Health, and Wellbeing and extensive experience supporting people in making positive lifestyle changes. My approach combines professional training with lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges of changing drinking habits.

  12. How long does it take to see results with a Sober Coach?                                                                                                     This varies from person to person. Some people notice a shift in their mindset and habits within a few weeks, while others benefit from longer-term support. It depends on your goals, level of commitment, and personal journey.
